RE:RE:Taking a flyerThe key metric to look at here is NAV Net asset value. They are sitting on a portfolio of great hotel assets in good locations worth over $1 billion, which is evident from the recent appraisals of the assets securing the credit facilitiy. Total liabilities are about 65% of NAV. Note the fnancials are in US dollars as well. So current CDN stock price of $0.70 per share has the company valued at $40 million US a mere fraction of its NAV. All they need to do to weather the storm is temp restrict ditributions which they have done and saves $14 million annually and sell a few hotels that are non core assets. You are not seeing any insider selling because things will be rocky for a bit but long term prospects are very positive. Worst case they get bought out by a bigger hotel REIT.
