I think this is lower end of hte break-up value of the company. However, for sharehodlers I think it would the best they could ever hope for...execution by the management team and BOD consistently misses by a wide margin. Too many variables within their control have been mis-calculated to believe they will turn the corner and see higher returns. With this in mind I think $3 is reasonable.
