This is what I was looking for: 

Net debt balance was $411 MM at September 30, 2023, compared to $474 MM at June 30, 2023

 

There hasn’t been any specific notice in the numbers re the debt of BS and I’m not sure if they are in? 

 

If so, then most likely in the long term debt.

 

According to the report about the BS debt charlie007 posted (400 mio) this could reduce significantly if they where in for the upcoming financial report.
