They sign NDA's with certain shearholders(financings?). Some well known names have fallen off the BB's.

This is just flatout selective disclosure, it creates multiple classes of shear holders.

It rewards shearholders that agree.

You know something is wrong, but you cannot put your finger on it. But i guess that is what dot connecting is for.

I cannot see this as legal. Certainly not as right.
