NDA or No NDA!!..selective disclosure to any investor/ shareholder is a NONO and still illegal,unless you are deemed to be an insider or anything that is required in the normal coarse of doing business.jmo

Reportedly the NDA was signed after Nov1. In the meantime Poet closed a deal and nothing seems to be cooking right now. So, they have run out of exccuses to keep secrets any longer, in my book.

The way it was presented at Fantasy Land cannot not be allowable if you ask me. You cannot keep secrets for long or you cannot police insider trading for extended periods.

They better hope those NDA's have expired by now.
