Potential as takeover target?

I haven't been on this board before but I do have some PKI stock so I am wondering what board members think of Parkland as a takeover target? I think they have a range of assets (and an improved balance sheet) that would be of interest to a number of companies. Any thoughts? I can see another 20% upside on this one and of course the buybacks are a good sign of improved financial health.
