The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Every week that passes it feels like...

we are in the exact same place. no strategic updates. no momentum for reits like artis. just trading sideways in the 6s. no catalsts appear on the horizon. doubt central banks are going to be eager to cut in 2024, i still think they wont, unless the data is so bad that they must. we need results manji. it really is, THAT simple.
