and after they decided to calm them with no increase distribution

From Scotia September meeting:

 In terms of distributions, our sense remains rising occupancy (both AP and D occupancy appears to have troughed) supports in-place distributions at both D and AP, although as mentioned, completing deals is taking a bit longer in the current market (AP has discussed another distribution increase, but we believe investors would prefer no increase given the existing ~8.6% distribution yield).
