December 07, 2023 - Supplemental CAR-T work at Mayo Clinic was released recently using an OV which administered systemically before the standard treatment, which typically includes limb amputation and chemotherapy, and paves the way for further investigations into dose modification and combination therapy strategies with CAR-T therapy + OVs for the treatment of sarcomas.
