Marathon Gold Corporation is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. No doubt.  

Blackrock big holder of B2Gold.  Ironically Blackrock sells millions of MOZ shares in the month or two prior to the takeunder.  I sure wondered at the time why they would sell at the low point - places like that don't like losing money. 

Mystery solved!
