Even with this raise, POET will need one or more raises in 2024 as sustaining revenue isn't expected until 2025.

Basically, someone wanting to short this could just do it with comfort knowing that they can limit the losses by reloading with the raises.

There may be uncertainty for the longs here but not for the shorts.
