RE:My QuestionIn the InvestorTalk this am with Tracy Weslosky, Pat Ryan mentions that it is a copy and paste move so the plant in Kingston does not sound like it is moving.  

Pat mentions that financing is coming from OEM's and governmnet contracts and to watch for news releases in Jan 2024.  I specifically asked about another PP or RO and he downplayed it saying that a small capital raise might be required in the future but for now, nondilutitve financing is the plan...

Let's hope so!
