RE:Ryan King InterviewThat is a good interview. Better link on the CXB website. While I don't care for the merger I expect CXB has good potential. What I do have concern is if and assume the merger goes through is not the abilty of CXB to complete the V.Lake project it's more long term.
Will CXB do a reverese share split? Given the number of shares outstanding they would or may gain a better rating if they consolidated their shares. They continue to be cash fow positive so even if they did split it may only be negative for the short term.
On the positve side I would expect a CXB rerating and upside as V.Lake nears completion and continued positive cash flow from their South American mine.
My tune has not changed the deal still sucks I would have prefered a clean take over more in line with the true vauation. At these levels I do like IAU and CXB for some decent upside in 2024 assuming I get the CXB shares in January when the marriage deal is done?
