The risk with any publicly traded company is a lower share price can lead them to being susceptible to being taken over cheaply. If there aren't enough major shareholders to swade a vote and an unsupportive board of directors who have lined their pockets with cheap options at the help, hositle takeovers can happen and it is always retail who gets screwed. I am not saying Tim and team are like this, but I am saying the low share price is concerning, especially if a major or mid tier producer has had their eyes on the prize for a long while.
