Unfortunately the business morphed from a SaaS business to something else since they agreed to take over the onboarding. We will see an ever increasing GA position in the financials which cuts into profits. Also from the looks one of the financing conditions was for Lisa to step aside. Usually if you are short on money to pay out the hefty termination fees (severance etc.) the person is put on contract to stretch out the payments.
