3% away from distributions. Note, however, that after payment of $0.07917 dividend to the preferreds, the NAV would drop to $14.48, meaning the NAV would then have to rise by ~
3.59% to get to the dividend threshold.
The financials do pay decent dividends, especially the Canadian banks and Life Insurers, so there is hope for the future. A distribution announcement this month is very unlikely, although not impossible.
