Agreed, Hayden AI already has experience with lane enforcement and there seemed to be a bias towards them, esp. given they negotiated better terms to match the other 2 vendors. Doesn't surprise me that Hayden AI took that rev reduction at a loss just to garner some more momentum as the vendor of choice for another city project.

Let's hope that the buy Canadian theme falls into place if the TTC decides to adopt lane enforcement and choses GSI.
