Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. V.VSR

Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:VMNGFExactly Talhasee.....When i read his analysis I was thunderstruck at the idea that IMG could do some sort of JV and demand payment.  I was under the impression that our non contributary carried interest was cast in stone. Not sure I believe it but if true it certainly casts our poker hand in a poor light.

As to the spinout of our other projectsand royalty...can we justify this management to look after our interests in  what would inevitably be some sort of microcap entity.  Just not enough there.

Maybe this is not really a bad deal...I still think IMg stock could have some good momentum with cote coming on and as a VSR shareholder you could ,if u believe , just participate in the development of the Nelligan as a diluted IMG shareholder
