Doug Ford, wine and beer.

Doug Ford, wine and beer.My quick Adw thoughts.
Port Moody has silly planning conditions,  art studios, theatre, which will complicate value. Not an easy sell. Debt levels are very difficult.
Western Canada wine values have been hurt by over building and climate problems.
There is I believe, significant value ascribed the in grocery store wine retail operation in Ontario.
The move today for wine and beer sales in Ontario in retail and convenience stores is not a positive for thoses values. They are now semi worthless. There will have to be a write down.
I have been told the family have had serious internal disputes regarding direction and the share price. With the John resignation, the next step is a company sale.
No doubt in my mind.
The co in play is a big plus for share value.
There are a lot of synergy costs that could factor in price.
Adw has spent a lot over the years.
