Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. Basic sampling theory...you need a certain sample size and a certain amount of successful results to be able to apply the results of the trial to the size of the population you expect to offer the treatment. FDA has the sample sizes identified at its site. Anyone with clinical trial experience or QA/QC sampling experience can fill you in or direct your to the pages.
