For the source please check the brochure:https://en.persistenceresource.com/upload/Pdb3fe52a25a74174ab7d1ac6c0b208ba.pdf
pdf. page 159-160

The gold producing (underground and surface) mine 100%

following ownership:
Dahedong 25%
PRG 75%

Profits are split here for the first time: 25% Dahedong and 75% PRG

PRG is the gold producing company 100%
following ownership:
Richards 4.5%
New shareholders in HKEX 25%
MJS 70.5%

Profits are split once again here: Richards 4.5%, New shareholders in HKEX 25%, MJS 70.5%. (the 70.5% MJS share in PRG corresponds to a 51% share in the mine asset, i.e. MJS can decide what happens to the mine).
