RE:RE:RE:Sever lawsuitMy money is on the gear head aka engineer. I'm not sure about BC but in Ontario you must file a "Right to Appeal" in 60 days of the lower court judgement. The "Right to Appeal" is reviewed by 3 judges to determine its merit and lower court judgement on the case. You can not expand the scope of the case but only additional facts and prescedences. The 3 judges can dismess the "Right to Apppeal".
So, if this same lega;l process is followed in BC, there is no guarantee WMG will get there day in the appeals court. Same for the Supreme Court of Canada.Been there done that.
So, where does the money come from to pay Sever? O&E issurance? IP sale? This ruling will gate bankruptcy given the issue has been going for a long pertiod of time.
