RE:Whoa! Quadravest revised their DEC 15 NAV to 14.95

RE:Whoa! Quadravest revised their DEC 15 NAV to 14.95Quardravest made a good call to declare dividend on Friday morning. It turned out that the call was even better because they made an error in calculating the NAV to be $14.80 Friday closing. They anticipated a drop on Friday due to the market over reaction to Tiff Macklen and Jay Power lowering the rate cut timeframe expectation. Friday did drop but should never be 0.29. 0.14 drop, or $14.95 is what it should calculated out. They could easily use Monday's or Tuesday's close to justify the dividend. I never guessed that the early call was to guard against a calculation error and not against the NAV not bouncing back on Monday or Tuesday.
Now that the NAV is solidly above $15, the long term prospect of financials will make DFN back to a steady dividend payer. The rate cuts will come, whether they starts 1Q, 2Q, or 2H. It's time to get in or hold.
