RE:Strategic review outcome …I mostly agree. Although maybe the strategic review's true purpose was to confirm to the shareholders that there are no external bids sufficiently close to NAV, so that CAP REIT will be able to absorb the minority interest in ERES at a bigger discount and with less pushback from us.
