I'm not sure who or why anyone is using the word holdback. The filing deadline is December 30th / 2023, it's that simple folks. Last year the Q4 numbers came out on December 19th, not on the 16th as someone posted, chill out it's irrelevant. 

There will be news when the press release is ready and Doug says put it out to all those excited, impatient shareholders, worse than kids at Christmas time I tell ya. LOL, Bahahaha, all good.
