I'm a mechanical engineer, now retired, but with over 40 oil exploration experience. Torque is force x distance. As an analogy force would be barrels produced at one point in time. Distance would be differential between selling price and break even cost.
But that's at one point in time. I think in terms of power. Like you can force down a pedal of a bicycle with so much force. The bike will surge forward, roll and come to a stop on level ground. To keep the bike going you gotta apply torque over a period of time ie you gotta keep on pedalung. The harder you push down (force or bbl produced at a point in time) or time) and/or the faster that you pedal (increase in bbl/day) then the more power (earnings power) that you'll put out.
So what affects earnings power. Differential and bbl/day output. Just like riding a bike. Btw I live where I do cause I made great money ignoring twits.
That Would Be Stocktwits, Right? Just Another Amateur Armchair Critic That Thinks Because He Was An Engineer For 40 Years That He Knows All About Without Owning One Share,Gotta Love It.Way Funny. Lol
