RE:RE:Hello from CeaproSince being a board member of AEZS since January 2020, the share price has declined 96%. He is paid an obsence amount for being a board member if this info is correct.

Was his appointment back as a board member a mid term plan to merge with CEAPRO? Why else would AEZS pay that absurb compensation of $980K?
