RE:RE:Interview with Doug on Jan. 3It's a good strategic move to pre-announce this bonus that will impact Q1 2024. Investors new to this story can decide if the bonus is a deterrent for them for purchasing shares.Current shareholders can decide if this one time bonus changes their conviction. The market hates surprises, imagine if the bonus was taken in Q4 2023 or not pre-announced and taken in Q1 2024.
