HME vs AXL

HME vs AXLI'm starting my DD on HME, presently holding AXL and looking at diversying through dividends (in spec plays).  Could one of you compare both Cos and try to explain so much discrepency in SP valuations?  AXL is just about to release production results for 3 or 4 new wells drilled at the end of 2023.  These new wells should bring total BOED production to really close to HME (if not more).  Was one of you holding HME when the SP was 25 cents or so in 2021?  Is it the divy introduction that dragged the share price up?  Is HME aiming to bring in more wells and increase production in 2024?  AXL has recently released its exploration program for 2024: 15 more wells.
Looking forward to the discussion!
Rob
