RE:Explanation please Hey Split , first let me wish you a happy new year!
Hope everything goes well for you in the coming 12 months.
While you may not think so, we are happy to have your opinion as it's one of the few that isn't reflective of what is actually going on.
That is reflective of 'reality'.
You are, of course, entitled to your opinion, and we are also entitled to ours.
'Would someone please explain to me how the PP could mean anything other than a trade resumption in the very near future'
Be glad to.
First of all are you of the opinion that there is only ever one explanation for why things are happening?
Or that your explanation is the correct one?
How do you equate that someone participating in a private placement means that trading will resume?
Second to that how do you equate that to trading resuming soon?
Your confirmation bias probably has a lot to do with it.
Meaning that people often see what they want to see.
If you are objective, you will see that there are many possible explanations why someone would participate in a private placement.
If you are objective, you will see that there are many possible explanations why someone would participate in a private placement.
Did you?
I can tell you that many people that did believed what they were told 'on the phone'.
Or what they read in the highly optimistic news releases the company put out
There are lots of people out there with tons of money just laying around and happy to put their money on any longshot they come across, so there's one explanation.
I'm also sure that silver tongued Sam convinced many people into emptying their piggy back.
I also know people who were contacted by the company (L.M) saying, don't you want to help the company out by participating in the private placement?
What convinced you to invest in this company?
Did you just throw a dart at the stock pages or was it something you read or heard?
' I repeat my childish comment that the PP has to be an extremely positive indicator that WMG will (must) resume trading'
I would alter that to : to 'could' be an optimistic sign, but in no way 'must' be for the few reasons mentioned. I'm sure there are many more.
You didn't seem to address my point that just resuming trading really doesn't mean anything, what we don't know is what is the status of the project and if anything they said will ever happen.
Will the court judgement against the company bankrupt them?
Does the court judgement leave open the question as to who actually owns the process and further litigation?
Also, since you seem so eager to point out extremely positive things, how do you see the company being silent for the better part of the year , no news releases other than a Director has resigned.
Nobody knows if this company is still around, have you contacted them?
You said you were going to.
Has anyone?
How much credibility do you think this company has given what they have said and what has happened?
The fact that the only outcome that you can see is that somebody participated in a private placement and that means that the stock will resume trading soon just doesn't make sense.
It may be what you want to believe, but you're not being objective.
it also indicates that you are looking at this emotionally rather than analytically.
None of this really matters as we will know within a month or two if the stock resumes trading, that's great. At least I can get some of my money out and if it does resume trading, does that mean that the project is going to be successful?
Isn't that really the only thing that matters?
Resuming trading only gets us back to zero from being -10 Do you really see that as a big accomplishment ?
It should never have been halted in the first place.
And that was either intentional or incompetence believe whichever you want either one is equally as bad.
If the project was dead, or at a standstill, it makes total sense to halt trading and blame it on the exchange or the regulator.
Resumption of trading does not equate to this company ultimately being successful and isn't that what you and all the rest of us bought the stock for?
So yes, having trading resume is important, but more so is having the company at some point generate some revenue.
Does resumption of trading accomplish that?
I hope you agree the former does not guarantee the latter.
And why do you see anybody that has a viewpoint other than yours as negative?
'It will likely take you some time to couch your response in a negative vein but, go ahead, take your time'
Wrong again on both counts, I think this was pretty timely and objectively looking at the facts which aren't great
In closing I just want to quote the famous stockprobe or Bigrig I really don't remember which one:
'Not long now!'
....circa sometime in late 2022?
Anyone that believe Stockprobe's latest prognostication should read his last one:

RE:RE:RE:RE:Clarification of Halt
Sherry you are still milking the halt. The halt is temporary and will be resolved soon. I'm happy to see you finally are admitting you aren't a professional. With that thought in mind lets answer your question about production of Mg. Again I point out to you this is an R+D company and past news releases by the company has shown that they have produced metal ore by the equipment. They are currently refining the method as any R+D company would. Trying to spin the question in a certain way just to make WMG look bad is a pattern of a lot of your posts where you even try to entice other posters to dig up things that imply fraud. Again unprofessional if you were indeed professional.
Thanks you guys for all your posts. It'd be awful dull around here without you.
see ya in the funny papers :-)
