RE:Question For The BoardI'm pretty sure I remember DD saying during an interview that GSI would be able to fund any of the contracts that they are bidding on and some of them were large. Now if they got a $100m contract that might be another story. It really depends how the contract is setup. That recent contract Hayden got with LA was over a 10 year period if I remember correctly. So it was actually quite small on a per year basis. If GSI got a $100m contract say from the TTC to be completed in a year DD may have no choice but to do a bought deal equity offering. Probably with no warrants. He can always do a share buy back at a later date if he wanted reduce the float. I certainly wouldn't complain if he did a $20m offering to fund a good $100m contract. But I guess each shareholder would have their own thoughts on the matter.
