RE:RE:Explanation pleaseAs always KTD, you outdo yourself with your answers.  If we recall those private placements were coming faster and more furious with less in between time each go round.  So even if they did collect $300,000 how long would that last them?  Maybe not even until the halt 6 days later.  And how have they operated in the intervening months back to March?   Some of this Split is just simple logic. Don't be afraid to use that now and then to fill in the gaps that we unfortunately are handed.    So great, they collect $300,000 ...we know that, and then they are dealt a several million dollar loss in a court case in the intervening time which we now know.  And which, apparently, was not adequately material to put out in a press release.  What a sad state of affairs is this company.

Split, even if it trades, who would make a bid to move it above zero?
