...so it is deemed a new company...
...spent billions in R&D to develop the current platforms... including $1.4Billion on Cylance acquisition......ZERO net debt at this stage...
...probably >$1 Billlion of cash owed to the company (patents + royalty);
...has their 'foot in the door' at 17 of the G20 governments...
...now ready to launch their 7 years of work after they were forced to recalibrate business model... reason for drop in revenues...
...50% of shares are hold by instititions with an average price >$9/share...
...company's market cap is only c$2 Billion... with circa 50-70 million shorts...

Bottom line:

Goodluck to you and the other circa 50 million shares shorted!
