RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A Mickey Mouse Deal / CoQ10 Deal?I think Gagnon wants to merge so he can raise capital via a Nasdaq listing. No way any of AEZS' cash is for CZO projects.   

The poor sap believes the investment banker BS that US investors are more tech savvy and will pay higher multiples.   

I say forget the merger, forget NASDAQ, forget raising capital and find a damn JV partner who will supply the capex for 50%.
