Stock compensation in lieu of cash...

is going to pay off big time for the CEO and board members. At under a buck they will be raking in loads of shares that will eventually start paying out distributions again. First quarterly tranch was just issued. These compensation shares are on top of the ones personally purchased too which is a sign of confidence from management that they will eventually meet the bank requirements for a resumption in distributions.

Of course any one can go into the open market now and pick up shares too for under a dollar but fear reigns. Granted, it hasn't been pretty up but with the rate tightening cycle over, cuts on the horizon and a soft landing in sight, the bottom may finally be in.
