Whitecap Resources Inc. is an oil-weighted growth company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and holding interests in petroleum and natural gas properties and assets. Its core areas include the West Division and East Division. Its West Division is comprised of three regions: Smoky, Kaybob and Peace River Arch (PRA). The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. The primary reservoir being developed is the Montney resource play, mainly comprised of condensate-rich natural gas. Kaybob is located in the Fox Creek region of Northwest Alberta. RE:RE:RE:Give up?Interesting comment re "egos don't get in the way".  Personally, re:CPG, I would prefer not to take on that much additional debt. I think if there was an aquisition, CPG may make sense, but I don't believe shareholders would react well to the purchase. My major concern is, if OPEC can't stabilize the oil price, and they turn the taps on, that would be bad for the debt situation if we inherited more due to the purchase. My opinion only, I sure would. like to hear other opinions on this.
