RE:RE:RE:Rekorlooks like Rekor lost about $83m in Y2022 compared to $50m for Y2023. So somewhat appears they are heading in the right direction but what a burn rate. From what I can see they fund their business by ussuing equity/shares and ussuing notes/bonds. They will likely need a few more years before they see any profit. Do investors in the US look 3-5 years out and price accordingly? Maybe they do. Being on the Nasq certainly helps them. Sure makes one wonder if the US markets are designed to have small companies succeed and the Canadian markets are designed to have small companies fail? Or maybe its just the sheer size of the investor base that makes the difference.
