I'm  positive  that  invetors  would  have  been  less  reluctant  to  sell thei  shares  and  more  reluctant  to  purchase  more  shares  as it  would have  been  obvious the  project to be  completed....I would  have  bought  at  least 5 -10 times  my  position  had I been  made  aware of this.

When  MOZ was trading in the  1.00 to 1.20 range  when they  were  entertaining  offers and  the  move  to  wts  in  the  money the  outcome  WOULD  have  been a stakely different  scenarion.

Mattt sold the  company  short....JMHO

According to documentation, they made it well known/public in late 22 - early 23 they were willing to entertain offers.. and received little interest from suitors engaging in disclosure.

Several months later CXB came to them, and just a trickle of others. Being fully public might have held some shareholders in, but doesn't seem like a bidding war was going to develop. Only 2 companies made offers over the course of a couple months.

It was discussed several times on various sites I seen, all shareholders that didn't know that the company was likely going to sell before production, must have been living under a rock.

I'm not pleased with the value we sold at, but it appears that was all that was on the table...
