RE:RE:RE:Info Circular - Other interest notes I also voted my 20,000 shares against the deal.
I've never used the scan and vote function before, so much easier and quicker than calling because in my past experience they insist on reading the statements before they accept your vote and a few times they don't exactly understand what they are reading.
I don't fully understand the ins and outs Termination Fee requirements, but I believe. if we vote down the proposal we do not trigger the fees, unless we make anouther Acquisition Agreement within 12 months (theoretically with anouther entity, as if Calibre upped thier offer to sway us, I would assume they wouldn't be interested in triggering the fees)
I'm pretty sure that, the vote will get the 2/3rds required to carry forward, but my reasoning for being against it is that I'd like a bigger slice of the pie when our mine is going account for nearly 45% of the production, at a low cost, and in less risky political climate, but in the deal currently we are getting like mid 30% representation...
I have flipped on the idea that I was going to pull the ripcord and sell upon vote acceptance, I do like what CXB has going on, and I will be content to have my position roll over, and I may add shares sometime after the vote confirmation to get my position to a cleaner number of shares...
