Hi opening balances in 2023/06/21 when he became an insider were, according to SEDI:
Himself: 7,140,320
Family Trust: 12,857,142
Natural Enzymes: 16,071,428 (8,571,428 these are shares at $0.14, from that financing)
Certainly some of the other 27,000,000(ish) shares were acquired in the $0.40 financing, but many had to have been purchased much earlier.
It's worth pointing out he has over 25,000,000 in warrants, but a chunk of those are at risk of expiring from the $0.40 financing. I haven't done enough research to know how many.
I'm I misunderstand the SEDI reports let me know.
