You guys are far too concerned with Munford and his share ACB. Who cares. Wee benefit from him being on the board and we benefit that he will be involved in getting max value for gdnp if and when this sells. His acb is irrelevant and has zero bearing in that. If he can sell this company for $300mm then he's gonna arrange is regardless of his acb. He's not a savior, rather a very important cog in the wheel.
