Mirsad is negotiating with Sprott the termsOf the new lease for the companies head office in the dark corner of his basement

these things take time  but a PR is possible on the terms of the new lease in sept 

Mirsad thanks the shareholders for his salary and rental income 

surface rights will take allot more time to lock up
