Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

WOW MM, I'm in Puerto Vallarta for Jan thru Mar (hopefully), looking for expat retirement options, and I live in Barrie Ontario. Too cool!! I'm applying for my permanent res, the airport immigration stamped the wrong side of my passport, now the INM is telling me I need to exit Mexico and come back with the right stamp !!! Man, IDK, maybe I'll just take the free 6 months LOL. Giving me the runaround :P:P:P
