I neglected to add that it would not be GRZ that would actually be building the mine. It would be some huge mining company that would first buy GRZ while getting to an understanding with a post-Maduro government.

The key point here is that there is huge value in that Siembra Minera project. There should be some way for GRZ to realize at least a portion of that value.

Would be a terrible waste to just grab the award and simply walk away from the Siembra Minera value. Yes, it would take time--which would be hard to stomach given how much time we've seen go by trying to get value out of Brisas.

But it's a corporation. Which can live forever. If old-timer shareholders want to sell right after a Citgo sale award bounce . . . others will come along to buy their shares if they see fit to wait for the Siembra Minera value to be realized.

Logic has always said that that mine WILL eventually be built. PSUV pride and stupidity has kept it from happening all these years. But, given enough time, logic should win out eventually.
