RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:siembra MineraGRZ is not a mining company. They have 5 employees in a tiny office. There are no operations or income. No equipment other than a few PCs, a printer and a coffee maker. Their whole existense for as long as I've been a share holder has been the expropriation case.
The only reason to stay in business is to persue more litigation. Luckily the share holders will receive a payout for the bulk of the award rather than wait for a mine to be built or to start some other endeavor.
GRZ still holds the mining data. VZ was to pay $240 million for it but that wasn't to happen until the ICSID case was paid off. Looks like VZ is going to end up paying the ICSID case but not get the data.
