Finally figured out sedar

Finally figured out sedarand had a look at the proposal. Wish there were more info on the current shareholder base. Mgmt has 17 per cent of fully diluted shares and they have unanimously agreed to support the proposal. No other major shareholders so I guess its alot of public money.

The background to the offer is an interesting read. Sure would love to know who exactly are company A and company B (Tho i can guess) Turns out there was a spinout proposal...but with the current structure I doubt there was much appetite to run such a company with the existing board?

I would love to see a superior offer but if one does not come along I imagine I will vote for and just hold the IMG shares. We wait I guess ...havent heard much from the supposed big holders on this board
