3 fundamental questions

3 fundamental questionswhy have both companies never bought back shares, no share buy backs ... so much cash, low valuation, would seem a very sensibile thing to do ...

why no one has commented the merger, the market acvitiy and volume has expressed 0 interest, you cannot say that 2 days of 50k worth of shares traded is much activity...

what does the ownership of both compagnies look like, seems like the group led by oats would be the largest of CZO which sits below 15%, insiders aroudn 10%, that other 75% is a mystery and seesm to be very fractioned retial investors, this quesiton becomes even more important once the merger happens or not, as volume will have to pick up at some point in this story.

cant wait to receive the documents from CZO, hopefully gilles appoint someone else to give the presentation ..
