Hi I Proceeds, I do not work for anyone. I am a Nano One shareholder and have concerns that Tesla cathode manufacturing facility (which uses MCAM process technology purportedly acquired from the SpringPower acquisition) is going to eat Nano One's lunch.

if you are in fact a Nano One shareholder as well, how do you explain this threat to Nano One's success?

I am simply looking to understand how others can rationalize this clear threat to Nano's business model.
