If you going to buy in this downturn for interest rate sensitive stocks!!! ( Reits )

#####. but for this strategy to work, you actually have to have the balls to buy and things are getting smoked and you also have to buying on the way down. ( with caution and patience, of course, )

This is people get weathly !!! But if you can't look past a couple months and can't look a year or more ahead, I recommend you don't play the stock market.

For me I buying today, I may be early, but I'm ready to buy all the way down because I think this value in a lot of interest rate, sensitive stocks.

Fortune favours the brave !!!!
