Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Dont nworry about the distribution, Quadravest will find a way to pay DFN, even if it means having to change the date. This month, there is no need for that, as they were well above the level needed for paying. Might not be now, but that never has mattered before with DFN. Other quadravest funds they have stopped the distributions even tho it was above the threshhold....I had BK way back in the pandemic, and was expecting a distribution that didnt come , EVEN tho the unit nav was at $15.30 on the 15th.
